Custodial parents can help HFS collect child support for their children by giving us the following identifiers and letting HFS know when any one of these change:

Your name
Your current mailing address
Your birth date
Your Social Security number

Your child's name
Your child's birth date

The non-custodial parent's name
The non-custodial parent's birth date
The non-custodial parent's Social Security number
The non-custodial parent's mailing address
The name of the non-custodial parent's employer

Without all of this information, it is extremely difficult to get the support your child deserves. HFS attempts to obtain all of this information, but you can do it much quicker with more reliability. Please help us help you!
