E-Pay can only be used for Child Support payments on cases with court orders being enforced by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services. Illinois Child Support Enforcement offers online payments by using the Illinois E-Pay system offered by the Illinois State Treasurer's Office. E-Pay is a self-service electronic payment program allowing payments to be made on the user's timetable without leaving their home. E-Pay is designed for local governments and state agencies to offer users of its services easier, faster payment choices. The Illinois E-Pay system accepts Visa, MasterCard, and E-Checks. The payor will not incur any additional charge for making payments on the site.
