  Customer Service Notebook

Greetings from the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE). Our mission is to provide you, "our customers," with the services needed to secure child support payments for your family.

As a child support "customer," you have the right to ask and know what we are doing to secure child support payments on your behalf. Imagine how frustrating it would be if you were to buy a new appliance, get it home, find it had no operating instructions and no number to call to get them. We want to make sure that you won't experience the same frustration with our services.

To help you follow what is happening with your child support case, we have developed this Customer Service Notebook. This notebook will help you track the activities that have occurred and anticipate events that should happen in the future.

This notebook is only one of many tools that we are using to address your needs. We welcome your suggestions for others.
